]okay well im going to tell you how to change your gamertag for free once
1. Go to Xbox.com
2.Sign in to the account you want to change the gamertag of
3.Click your gamertag
5.Edit profile
6. Delete your old gamertag and edit it to the new one of your choice
7.Enjoy
also in line with this If you call xbox and complain that you didnt get your one free xbox live gamertag change, then tell them if you dont get it your going to switch to playstation. they will do it
or say your going to sue them cause it says you should get one but your not
