hey if you guys can help i just got my internet setup after i moved 4 days ago but the cable guy put it in the wrong room i wanted it in so the connections terrible upstair but if i move it to another room and setup all the cables i have full bars then loose connection (i have grande)

Seriously, if you want anyone to help you, make sure people can understand your question. I'd love to help - but I don't have a damn clue what you said. It sounds like you said you wanted your connection to be "terrible upstairs," which makes no sense.
