uh theres a trick with the dvd tray is half open? something like that.. xenon mobo ol'school. xex menu

This question make no sense! Are you trying to copy to XEX menu?

my bad yea, im trying to copy black op2 on to my jtag for the first time so I can mess around with it. I simply forgot the procedure for starting the copy process.

I just remember that theres something about the dvd tray that it has to be closed manual or something...and it will ask if I want to copy the dvd.. ring any bells?

Yeah, just make a folder in the games folder for Black ops 2, then press "Y" and press CopyDVD, then disk drive will pop out and then you place the disk in the tray and manually push it in and then it should just start copying, don't press confirm, just let it do it automatically after you push the tray in.
