It would make you the better guy if you let him beat you, but he'd probably never let your hear the end of it. I suggest letting him in without a try out.

I don't think having a person like that in your clan would help, It would bring more trouble then good especially if he smashes a controller over 1 game.

Beat him and he will be motivated to improve, Tell him he'll never be in any clan if he gets that mad over a video game.

He's in the clan, and it's not my decision to let him on the Team. It's like a division in the clan, he's in the clan in a separate division, but not in the AGL/PGL/MLG Team partition of the clan, i can't decide whether he's in or not, i can only recommend him for tryouts, also he's been trying for 3 times, gotten really close and then lost by a couple points, i understand why he smashed it
