I have a controller that i've had for a while but soon after i got it the Right Bumper didn't work on it. (I bought it new at Gamestop, not used) Does anyone know how to fix this because it bothers me that it doesn't work but i don't feel like buying a new one just for that.

Thats happend to me before, except the Bumper got jammed and it wouldn't move. I had to open the controller and fix it. Now i know you probably can't be bothered doing that, so Just try fiddle around with the button with your hands or whatever, just keep pressing it in really hard or something.
Hope this helped.
