i just want it to be able to run dead island (if possible) as well as having google chrome open on win 7 with a 450 budget please.
any other info needed let me know.

If so are there any other games you would like to run?
Because Dead Island doesn't require a high end build.

You can always dig the parts individually and get it slightly cheaper, but this is a good start.
