You could never get USB menus on GTA Unless it's on a Drive Emulator.

that would be amazing to get it on mod menus with usb but u cant u need to hotswap or flash 360

If you could get mods with usb i would be so done with gta 4. That would just cause chaos.

Well technically in a way you can, Getting a USB emulator drive like a XK3y or Wassabi 360 allows you to play any game off a USB drive, and just plop a modded ISO on there plug it in and BOOM you got a mod menu through USB, Kinda.
