Ghost isn't dead. In the mission on mw2 when ghost gets burnt, at the start of that mission he says "Why do we have to have to wear these fireproof vests?" And when Shephard shoots him, he gets shot in the shoulder and I'm sure all soldiers in war wear a bulletproof vest.

I always believed price was dead after COD4 but he wasn't. So anything could happen

i think there is going to be a surprise like idk maybe not Ghost himself but like what if he was a mentor or something idk but i do believe he will pop up somewhere like in a flash back mission like those in cod 4 and MW2 where you play as Ghilles with captain price or i believe they said something about fully custom multiplayer characters maybe we could wear the ghost mask? that would be amazing!

You do wear the mask. Although, I'm pretty sure not in multiplayer because in most games you get the better things in Singleplayer not Multiplayer.
