I have an Hp Pavilion (premade Computer) (link below) and this error has been bugging my computer for about 2 days.. Error: (Windows failed to start Status 0xc000000f; file: memtest.exe).

Here is what i have tried:
USB booting for Windows 7; This doesnt work because it cant find any hard disks to save anything on.
System Recovery; It doesnt work because it cant find my hard disk? <- this is the problem.. (It cant find my Local disk or HDD.. making it not able to do anything)
Pressing f8 to Do the system recovery; This doesnt work because it sent be back into the Picture 1 Down below.

Plot:
I have has this problem for 2 days now ive called the HP company for help.. That didnt do much cause they would just do the things i did accept for USB booting because thats basically the windows installation disk.. I think. But PLEASE.. ANYONE, ANYTHING i really need help.. Thanks for reading.
