You will need a jailbroken device to do this


Open Cydia
Go to Manage -> Sources
Tap Edit -> Add
Enter [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Tap Add Source
Then install iModGame


Once it has been installed Open iModGame
Sign in (You will need a GMail account)
Once you have signed in click on account and then 'Thank Inviter'
Type in this code - 284409 for 50 free mod points

Once you have your points click on simpsons tapped out and activate 'Funny Rush'
You MUST have 0 donuts before you do this otherwise it will not work
Once it is activated open simpsons tapped out and rush anything
You will then have unlimited donuts to spend

Best way to get money is to grow real corn on cletus' farm and then rush it with your unlimited donuts for 45000 dollars everytime
