Is there any way to get any mod menu's or maximum level mods with a USB?(Cods)

World at war zombies can be modded with USB to enable you to get a DVAR mod menu, i think you can do some splitscreen mods in certain CODS.

there's no usb mods apart from WaW that you can raise your prestige in, you can get xp infections on BO and get to max rank with that
