I've had that happen before as well. Just call Microsoft support at 1-800-469-9269, and connect to the hardware support. They'll have it out and fully working within a few minutes!

Dude, thanks so much. My jasper wasn't red ringed, but it helped it keep it naturally cooler. The CPU was originally at 65 degrees C. Now its at 42 C. Thanks a bunch. I dont know how to thank you :
