WEll this is what happened I was playing late last night then I turned it off and about 12hours later I wanted to host mods so I looked at my ps3......There was not red light so I checked the cable and I switch the cable with anothere one didn't work so I checked the thing u put the plug in still working. And there is still no light WHOEVER ASWERS THIS QUESTION I WILL GET THEM ANYMODS ANYTIME

its dead can be fixed just search online its your power supply in your ps3 or just the power like the switch and stuff

If it's no light and you tried two different power cords then it's you ps3.
