I got my first red ring today while making a video
what should I do

Buy a new xbox. There is no way to fix rrod's. You can sell your xbox for parts or just throw it away.

Call up Microsoft to see if you still have a warranty on it, see if you can get it repaired through them or a third party, or replace the console.

Turn your console off, and then turn off you main plugs for you Xbox and then turn everything back on.

stick something in the fan and turn it on, i think that works.

You can fix it yourself with a Reflow if you wanted.

I guess that is the best tutorial text wise, I would look at videos as well.
