Good way to help the community keep it up

If you are very experienced with coding and making your won plugins, i'd like to offer you a job on my minecraft server that i will be putting up soon. Too ensure that the server will be successful i will even pay builder/devs.. etc. I'm currently looking for a dev and a builder.
I'm trying to get everything together before i start it up. including staff applications and all of that stuff. Message me for more details! if you got skype that would be awesome.

I would like a plugin made. I want a spleef arena type game, but instead of snow there are three layers. bottom to top TNT, Sand, and Pressure Plates. When the player steps on a pressure plate the TNT will fall down. So every plate you hit falls and you have to try to make players fall into the pit.
