So I was playing call of duty 4 next thing I know I get kicked off live and when I get back on I get the message I can't send messages, I can't part chat, and I can't private chat. Here is the email I got from microgay

The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to:
Hate speech
Distribution of defamatory, infringing, obscene, and/or illegal materials
Screaming, yelling, spamming, flooding, and/or otherwise interfering with other players' ability to communicate
Misuse of the Xbox LIVE Communicator or Xbox LIVE Vision Camera
Encouraging others to misuse their communications capabilities
Your conduct was brought to the attention of the LIVE Enforcement Team through complaints filed by other Xbox LIVE users or in the course of our operation of the service. The LIVE Enforcement Team has reviewed the complaints and other evidence regarding your conduct and determined it violates the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct. Because your conduct is in violation, the LIVE Enforcement Team has enacted this temporary communication suspension against your gamertag.
You have been sent a message in the Xbox LIVE Dashboard notifying you when your suspension will end. During this suspension, you will not be able to send messages to other users through your Xbox 360 consoleor through Xbox.com, participate in video or audio chat, or use in-game voice and video features of games that support this functionality. Your Xbox LIVE communications privileges will be automatically reinstated at the end of your suspension period.
Customer Support is not able to modify or provide any further details about your suspension. Additionally, the duration of your suspension is subject to change without prior notice by the LIVE Enforcement Team if we discover additional evidence of violations.
Microsoft expects that all customers abide by the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct provides guidelines for appropriate behavior while using the service. Your failure to abide by the Code of Conduct in the future may result in, among other things, longer suspension periods or cancellation of your account.

Kids like to report you for being too good or they get butt hurt when you say something mean to them or they're just jealous.
You get bans and temporary bans from player file complaints and Microsoft has started looking into file complaints more often.

Happened to me not to long ago, I'm not communication banned anymore. Its better than a profile ban.
