i have 400 dollars to spend on a Graphics Card and need help getting the best one i can get for 400

please help

My opinion: GeForce GTX 770

I personally would get the second one only because of its looks but its your decision

Looks? It's going to shut inside a case, out of sight.

If you were to pick the 770, grab the Windforce card from Gigabyte. Much better overclocking capabilities because of the cooler.

Most cases I get have windows so you can see inside your case and feel good about what you have done.

And whats the point in sleeving wires and trying to hide them other than for looks and more airflow.

IMO both cards look great, but Nvidia cards really do benefit from the cooler they have as they automatically adjust their clocks upwards when they are cooler and down when they are hotter. Also with a card like that, overclocking would be fun and the Windforce is a proven cooler for high end cards.
