I've been staying up till like 6 am every single day since summer started and I wanna fix that. I usually wake up at like 3 pm and I wanna be able to wake up at 11 am. I've tried sleeping earlier but when close my eyes to sleep in bed I just can't. So can someone help me here?

I've been having the same problem but the only solution is to stay up all day and fall asleep later that night.

Is it really hot? Because that can cause you to have trouble sleeping. Eat cheese or drink milk before you sleep it helps.

This isn't really a method of getting to sleep early but I've been on the Xbox playing a really boring game that's made me fall asleep ahah

Do you by any chance still feel tired even when you wake up at 3?
There are 90 minute intervals in your sleep if you wake up on the 90 minutes you won't feel tired but if you wake up before or after. You will feel tired. Use a sleep calculator, put in the time you go asleep and it will tell you the time you will wake up but this only works if you fall asleep 12 minutes before or after the hour you set it to and then you should wake up at the calculated time.

It's complicate. I know.

Yeah if its hot i have that problem, just turn on a fan and open up some windows, maybe even shorten down your blankets used. lol

Just stay up all day. Just occupy yourself by doing some activities. Go hang out with friends. Thats what I am doing today.
