I just tryed updating my xenon jtags dashboard to the lastest one 16203. after doing everything in xebuild i put the udpflash on the jtag with flash 360.then i shut it down and unpluged everything for 30 sec. but when i turned it back on it didnt boot up it froze at the xbox booting logo. if anyone can help me that would be great.

will it boot xell? if so just fix the image and name it updflash.bin and put it on usb and xell should find it.
If it doesn't boot xell you will need a Nand x or JR programmer

yes it does boot up xell but idk how to fix the image from there

put the backup image and reflash it to fix

its still doesnt work i put it on the usb loaded up xell and it said flashing nand but when i restarted the console it froze

i just tryed going back to the old dash i had and now the console boots up. idk if the booting problem had anything to do with the 16203 dash

Does it load without the HDD in?
