Definitely recommend that you don't try this, for safety reasons. Although it wouldn't hurt to go have a nice lucid dream

It is only scary if you constantly have negative energy throughout your body. Very interesting subject; you should do some research on it and see what stories you can find

Your experiences sound horrible and I'm sorry for that happening to you, but I have traveled, MANY, MANY times.. and 99% of them have been good. You have to go in with a positive mind and no fear of the darkness. I have seen many things that even today make me wonder. I have seen family who have passed away, seen friends from the world. Done many good things. I suggest you at least research Astral Projection to think about it and look into it. It can be a good experience, but don't except to have a OBE the first time, it takes many times. 4 years later I only have a 45% success rate.

You don't even know what some people see from certain things, I've had an Out of Body Experience (OBE) from a severe panic attack while drunk a while back and nothing happened, I just felt depersonalized from my physical form and was scared sh*tless, but I did not see or encounter any "DEMONS" or witness any "rape".

Also if you want to ACTUALLY visit a dimensional world in your head while completely mind-raped and lost, then you'd have to take some serious psychadelic drug, which I don't recommend but it seems this is the only PROVEN way to visit some extremely odd, unknown, interchanging world.

I think i may have experienced something like this i don't know how it happened but i felt like i woke up but couldn't move and there was a dark figure to my right all i heard was non stop laughing i kept trying to move and also my bed cover was covering half of my face but it only lasted for a short time

I would never want to experience this or Lucid Dreaming, but I would love to experience what it is like. But I think it would be way too scary for me
