Your jtag is bricked and yes their are people who can fix this.

^^^ he don't no anything, it can be bricked or just have to reball the gpu or reflow it I can fix these

Its bricked just simply need a og nand reflash that's all many people offer this service it'll be and easy fix

flash back to origional nand, then it will give you a red ring error code, the hold down the sync button on the console and press eject and record which light flashes each time you press the eject button, do that so you have 4 numbers, if its a xenon, it will most likely need a gpu reball, it happened to mine

AND ALSO with problems like this you should head over to the TEAM XECUTER FORUMS as they know alot more about hardware faults and what not

You really should post this on xecuter forums...they are far better with this stuff
