Hello guys I'm having an issue with one of my ps3's. When I put a game in it doesn't show up on the menu. It's not a hardware issue because I tried 2 other blue ray drives that do work. What can be the issue

This has happened to me before,windex the whole disc,wipe dry and try it again.
