but it you can play like n64 i thaught it would atleast be possibal but i geuss not it would be really cool tho

Those are played through emulation though.

General rules of emulation state that the system using to emulate should be at least 10x as powerful and the emulated system.

Even a PC as powerful as it is still struggles with PS2 emulation. Oh and then there's the fact that PS3 uses blue ray discs which the 360 won't even read.

when i mean play ps3 and ps2 games i mean go download it on utorrent and put it on my hard drive

Technically it is possible. You would need a Ps3 emulator for the jtag. Honestly there is no point for it.
