Also, get a high quality 550W power supply instead of the bad 630W. It will run your parts the same and cost you less power, as well as having a lower risk of sparking or fire (extreme scenario).

That goes slightly over budget but it is a new generation i5 processor and as the other dude said, there is no reason to go Ivy Bridge at this point as you don't end up saving much. This build is decent for overclocking if you add in a decent aftermarket cooler at some point down the line.
Just to add in, its not a good idea to make generalisations like "spend over $100 for a decent mobo", even though a lot of $100+ boards are directed at overclockers, you need to know what to look for when choosing an OC board not just the price tag.

Well ido believe you will also need an OS which cost about $80-$90 so you might want to save a little more than get buxtys build.
