I recently just got an old Dell Desktop PC. I was wondering if i can upgrade it, and if i can, what should i put? Limit is 600$

My thoughts exactly. You can even build a decent gaming computer for $400 or even less if you use deals and best offers and get sales on the items you want.

Unless you buy a huge bundle on sale, $400 won't cut it. Unless you just plan on playing Minecraft on medium settings, $600 is probably the bare minimum that anyone could spend on a new build and be able to play games well.
OP, if you want to build a gaming system, which i would recommend over just upgrading the Dell, I can put together a list of items and help you out.

Really? Well, i would like this to run games at a decent quality for the next 2 years.
You cant just upgrade a desktop with anything, you need to know the motherboard and psu to see if its even compatible with newer cpus and ram, and make sure its not limiting your gpu as well as make sure you have anough power to run it all, so before we do anything what does the desktop have in it (cpu, gpu, if you have the model name even better)
