Embedding pictures was removed awhile ago, and to my knowledge, is not possible in any form.

Just click insert image, and right click on the picture you want to use, and copy the image url.

Use that for the "Insert Image" URL, when they hover over the link, it'll show up.

Every time i try to use the "Insert Image" it just does the link instead on the picture

Hover your mouse over it, and a box should appear with the image.
