Well I am getting a new laptop and these are its specs I wanna play guild wars 2 on ultra and a few independent games will this run them on high

To be honest although it is powerful, gaming laptops are all ways a bad idea for multiple reasons but the main being heat.
Get a desktop made for around the same price as that laptop.

I wouldn't use Intel Processor, they have issues with games.

Intel aren't always the best for processors anyway, as I said once you decide to go for a processor i3 or under AMD are the overall best pick.

Its a little under powered nowadays, just a little under the i5 3570k, although still not a horrible processor.
