you get 100 for when you put your email in when that done they will give you 100 msp then press b go change your name for free then do it again

After you find the Ad (right after creating the account) and submit your email, then go to your Profile then click Gamertag then change it, then find that Ad again (may take several refreshes) and submit your email again, make a new account and repeat.
