That's an awful network. It's tragic that a network has to go out there and partner everything with legs. Partnership is a premium YouTube feature, for people serious about YouTube. It's not all about getting paid, you wouldn't get paid pocket change anyway with some of the stats on here.
My advice? Work for it, go for an established and professional network. They can offer so much more support and opportunities for YouTubers that actually have some potential.
