Monday & Wednesday - Arms & Upper Body
Tuesday & Thursday - Legs & Lower Body
Friday - Circuit Workout (Pretty Much Working Out Everything)
Saturday * Sunday - My Rest Days (Mainly Focus On My Core)

Plus a 30 minute jog everyday, & core after every workout.

I'm 140 and can bench about 160-165 so I'm doing pretty good for my size I guess.

Aha, yea since last school year in PE I wasn't benching nearly as much and I was like nope not going to happen next year. I'll actually be able to bench some this year.

Aha, yea since last school year in PE I wasn't benching nearly as much and I was like nope not going to happen next year. I'll actually be able to bench some this year.


I just dropped PE for weight training,1 hour and 30 minutes EVERYDAY for 5 months,cant wait!

I go to the gym ever second day, 50 squats a day, and Lots of milk.


I see you run up and down stairs, to help lose more weight wear a plastic bag with holes in them work perfectly. X5 Better.
