try contacting Xbox Live support and talking them through what happened, I'm sure they'd be able to sort something out through it if this is real.

Yeah i was hacked yesterday and had a nightmare changing loads of details, managed to get my account secure now but i've noticed hes done a license transfer, which really annoys me. Because i have worked hard to earn the money to buy all that content then he hacks me and thinks its alright to get a share.

first tell ur bank whats happened and make sure they stop people from taking money out
then phone xbox live support. if u know the guys gamertag they can track him down and get ur account back and if u dont it can take up to 1 month to get ur account back .

the payment for microsoft points (which he bought with my details) is not possible to retrieve. Because microsoft doesn't allow any refunds for ms points. This is why i'm not going to try and cancel the transaction because i don't want to get into any trouble. Because to them it will look like i'm trying to get my money back and scam them for ms points because they don't know the situation yet.

THis happened to me before A while back. They track the ips or ids of the console that made the purchase if it wasnt yours they will ban that console for marketplace theft and return the points or what ever he bought and at the same time take away the games and stuff he bought. They should ask for your ids and gamertag to the console first.

Yeah when my account was hacked i had 2100 msp on my account and they changed the gamertag and bought a few DLC. i nehter put my bacnk details on anything so i was lucky. i contacted microsoft got my account secured and back within a week and got a 2100 msp code sent to my email

Ugg seriously? Contact microsoft and tell them your problem they will help you
