Changed username format.
On death you will now spawn in the last bed you slept at. If you have never slept in a bed you will spawn in your current world's spawn point instead of the universal spawn point.
Players may no longer use god mode in Survival
God mode will be disabled on connect for players that disconnected with it enabled.
Other miscellaneous updates to improve overall server experience.
