Things you will need:
1. Horizon(Download here)http://www.mediafire.com/download/zri3nd00qjnqzk3/Horizon+%281%29.exe
2. Halo 4 Lvl 130(with all armor and everything unlocked) GPD (Download here) [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (ALL of these files were uploaded by me)

Once you have the files downloaded, use horizon to replace the normal GPD with the Lvl 130 GPD, save, rehash resign and your done! Make sure you have your OFFLINE profile and your Halo 4 Data on a 2GB flash drive. Then go to your Xbox, start up Halo 4, choose the flash drive when it asks you to load a save device, then your done!
