I licence transferred with my friend and I have a season pass for borderlands 2 and got all the dlc downloaded now if he with my console licence re-downloads all the dlc via my account will he be able to play it without me being signed in or are season passes profile only?.

he should once he downloads it all first , and then transfers the license !!
