Also a quick edit, why are the kids even using the net? there are plenty of computers out there which don't have internet as I had one when I was younger, they are just there for games and other stuff mainly, assuming David Cameron thinks It's kids around 10 years old using the net. I see this to be sort of pointless. AS most isps allow you to log into your router and put out blocks on words or sites either way. Not to mention computers them selves have parental controls you can turn on or off either way. So tell me is there a point to this?
