My friend found this glitch where you keep talking to this guy over and over choosing the speech option and you keep getting xp?!

Yea, I found another one at Camp McCarren.
The NCR is holding a prisoner.
When you go to interrogate the prisoner you can keep looping the dialogue. The game will keep rewarding you with 50 xp.
