i would deff upgrade to a better power supply, around a 600w and make it a "reliable name brand" like a Corsair or EVGA one, itll cost you more but they are reliable and have no problem running your 680

-Get an 8320 instead of the 8350 to save money.
-Switch the cooler to the Thermalright Silver Arrow because it is cheaper, better, and it has universal fans.
-Get low-profile memory that will actually fit instead.
-That drive is 2.5". I would suggest a 3.5" drive and a budget SSD.
-Get a good PSU, but there are many, many quality units out there, not just Corsair and EVGA as mentioned in the other response.
-That motherboard has no VRM heatsink. Get the 970A-UD3 if you want to overclock.
-There's no need to buy extra SATA cables or adapters unless you will be using more SATA devices than cables that come in the motherboard box.
-Instead of a 680, get a 770.
-Case?
