When I manage to get a really good squad, that doesn't abuse pace, then I come up against 5-back sweaty Prem teams, and end up losing due to being outpaced several times.

If they're good, yes. But people seem to ignore the good players that don't have pace, and get the ones that are bad, but with pace.
For example: Ronaldinho. Probably one of my favourite players in the game, every stat he has is good, except for defending, and pace. (Defending isn't a problem as he is a CAM) And he goes for under 2k.

The main reason he goes for 2k is purely because he has 58 pace, and therefore nobody wants to try him out, because so many fifa players are all pacewh*res. Stick 85+ pace on Ronaldinho, and his price would probably be around 30k if not more.

The thing that annoys me is when I am a couple of goals up then they start a comeback and all of a sudden my team forget what football is and how to play it.

Another thing that kinda annoys me is when (for some reason) I direct my pass towards one of my wingers, but instead, they decide to do what they want, and they pass it to another player that is nowhere near them, and also happens to be marked... Which then obviously leads to conceding a goal..
