2. what makes you think you are entitled to waste your coins, knowing full well the risk, then complain and get it all back? if i were the guy you talked to at ea i would've simply ignored you because you gambled your coins, knowing full well that it is all chance and that you could get nothing

3. if people know, they will tell you. what do you expect? people to go out of their way to find out how to contact ea because you can't be arsed, find out yourself, don't wait 20 minutes sat on your arse doing nothing then complain because no-one responded
