I can afford xbox but if you think about the price difference, yeah it's not that much but think about the cost for live and the extra headset..

+ Why would I pay the extra money for Kinect?

Systematics wrote Don't get me wrong, I loved the 360 but Microsoft is trying to make it a entertainment system & paying for LIVE is a hassle for me. I buy a console for gaming purposes only & right now the PS4 is offering much more than the Xbox One. (Gaming Wise)

Is anyone else making a switch from Xbox to Playstation or Playstation to Xbox?

PS4 is now making people pay for their online service. $50 a year, I believe. And personally, I prefer Xbox exclusives such as Titanfall, Deadrising, Halo, and other games that could come in the future, such as Gears of War, Alan Wake, and many more. I personally just prefer Xbox One exclusives to PS4 exclusives. And Xbox One got more hate than it deserved, it my opinion. The DRM decision made by Microsoft may have previously disabled the buying, selling, and trading of used games, but this would have also allowed key features that would have made the Xbox One spectacular, such as the ability to download full games to the cloud and play them from any other xbox without re downloading this. That was a great feature to anyone who played on more than one xbox. Not to mention family sharing, which essentially would have given you free games as it provided you access to the full game libraries of 10 different "family members", provided they weren't already playing the game you want to play. But the fact that you can't play your friends game if they're playing it unless you buy it yourself isn't that big of a deal, as you could still play every other game they weren't playing at the time. In theory, if you had good friends who'd add you to their Xbox One family, you could play every game for free, without ever having to pay for a game. The fact that you couldn't be able to purchase games at a discount for them being used is really a small price to pay seeing as you wouldn't even have to buy any games if you didn't want to.

I get what you mean. I love the Xbox's exclusives too but what I read about every Xbox being a DevKit is making me rethink my option to switch. I may just stick with my 360, wait till next summer to get the Xbox One without the Kinect. & PS4 is also making their online $50 a month so I don't think there would really be too big a difference.

If you consider PC a games console, then yes. I am switching to PC because games consoles are only getting worse.

I'm just going to stick with the 360 until I need to change or the prices drop dramatically.
