How Long should I wait until I re-list it? I already sent them a message but this is the first time I've sold on eBay.

Don't send the item until you've recieved confirmation that the money is in your account from the buyer.

If nothing has came within a day or two. Re-list the item and message the buyer telling them to send the money for the goods.

I'd say wait a few days and if the buyer does not pay, put the item back up for sale.

give him a couple days & carry on messaging him. If you get no payment/reply just relist the item & file a claim so ebay dont charge you a invoice.
