He's talking about BO2 and there is not a mod menu but you can use XRPC tools, i would suggest using Darks [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Super XRPC AspectModding.zip

I will be releasing a beta version of team aspect v3 in the next day or two which got BO2 rank editor but sadly know one got unlock all working yet but we soon have it working.
