If you aren't planning on buying a second GPU to run in SLI/Crossfire, then that PSU would be better to save some bucks for your budget. Cuz' money is nice if you can save it

That PSU is no good. Never, ever skimp on the power supply.

As for the AMD 8-cores vs. i5s, the octocores share resources so they're not "traditional" cores. It's essentially a different strategy to get more threads on the chip, like Intel's Hyper-threading. CPUs of different architectures also cannot be compared with clock speed.

Honestly, The PSU Yumy picked looks cheap looking and I've personally never seen a 585 Watt power supply. Anyways thanks for the help r00t I've decided to go with this > [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Still deciding on getting the fans or not though. But thanks for your help.

I'd still suggest this because it should be a bit cheaper and keep more parts on Newegg.

Otherwise, that's all. The fans shouldn't be necessary because the case has excellent cooling performance stock.

It won't affect your gaming performance aside from shorter loading times if the game files are on the SSD. It might improve performance in games that have to load tons of textures (think Arma and Skyrim), but otherwise, an SSD will only improve general usage and boot/sleep/shutdown/resume times.

The only 128 GB drive I'd recommend right now: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($105)

The only 64 GB drive I can recommend right now: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($70)
