Mest menus only put really fast cars in them, and not an editor to change it back to normal speed.. Is there one?

it is not the mod menu that dose that it is the common that u put into the iso if you don't want any kind of speed mods, drift mods est.... don't put the common in to the iso

if you can get a normal Common.rpf from the original Gta iv every car will be normal

I edit the handling for myself so each car is how i want it they mostly all drift lol.

No the only option is Super Speed, to change the speed you change the handling.dat.
