I want to downgrade to 6.0.1 and have all my SHSH blobs but don't know what program to use since I have an iphone 4s

My guess is when IO7 is no longer in beta and is official few weeks after the launch IO7 will be good to jailbreak, There is no current jailbreaks for ios 7 beta because its just a beta and they would not waste there time doing it.

I didn't even know that Beta 4 was released. When was it released? Beta 3 has little flaws that I can see. I wonder what they changed in beta 4

A bricked iphone means the phone has been rendered inoperable and is, basically, simply a brick. It's usually the result of screwing up a jailbreak. My advice is to wait un till IOS 7 comes out of beta yes.
