My flashed Xbox is banned and i don't know any of that firmware stuff..if black ops is released will i be able just to download it and play straight away??

as long as your firmware meets the black ops needs.. you should probably be ok

if it still flashed, i cant see why you cant play downloaded games.. just cant go online with them.
