i downloaded Project Razor v1 but all that was there was dll_load.dll? how am i supposed to use it ? Just got a RGH again and havent used it in a while

Download XePatcher. Find a default_mp.xex for MW2 TU8. Put the dll and the default in the XePatcher folder. Open up the application and type this. "XePatcher -p patch.s -x default_mp.xex"
Then hit enter. Your dll is now patched to the xex.

Your going to have to find a default_mp.xex that launches that .dll.
