I will be modding ALL FORZA HORIZON GAMESAVES UP UNTIL 12:00PM(EST) ON THE 28TH!

Mod includes:
MAXIMUM (or specified) CR
ALL UNICORN CARS (optional)
ALL SPECIAL CARS (optional)

His savegame won't work because Forzas save system requires that written saves must be from the root of your profile. If you try to use someone elses save, it will say "corrupt save" or it will force new game if the save is written as a .DAT file.
