I'd personally go with

Head-- swept fringe
Torso-- Desert top
Legs-- Flared trousers
Boots-- steadfast/dragon
Gloves-- Goliath/barrows/dragon
Cape-- Dung (120)
Neck-- Gnome scarf/fury (or)
