Hey man,
Being a YouTuber I would definitely recommend an Elgato.
High Quality and easy to use.
Plus it's much smaller with alot less wires than the HD PVR.
Plus it's within your budget of 200.
The HD PVR is good too if you're looking for a cheaper alternative but the Elgato is definitely the way forward.

Actually, no it's not. The HD PVR2 is $50 cheaper and the quality is the same.
